Europastry

We may have the best quality meat Cape Town has to offer, but we’re not only famous for our fabulous meat products, but we’re also well-known for our other food ranges including the most delectable selection of doughnuts! We call them ‘dots’ and you can choose from custard-filled dots, green pistachio, cookies and cream, and red velvet dots to white, sugared, and marshmallow dots. And if you find it impossible to choose (we understand) - there’s a mini dot or mixed dot assortment!

Oscar Wilde said, ‘the only way to get rid of a temptation is to yield to it’ and that’s how we feel about doughnuts – fresh, sweet rings of deliciousness!

Last year saw the fabulous launch of the Europastry range of delicious artisan products, which was proudly brought to you by N1, leading Johannesburg and Cape Town meat wholesalers.

We live in an age of plenty where food variety and availability is taken for granted, but it’s been an incredibly long and interesting journey through the centuries to get us here. While all food discoveries were instrumental in shaping our civilisation, there are three foods that stand out on the BC food timeline as particularly significant.
